General
What is a golf simulator?
A golf simulator lets you play real golf courses indoors using high-speed cameras and sensors that track your swing, ball speed, launch angle, and shot shape in real time.
Do I need golf experience to play?
Not at all. Beginners, casual players, and serious golfers are all welcome. We have settings and games for every skill level.
Is this real golf or arcade style?
It’s real golf. You can play full courses, practice on the range, or choose fun game modes if you want something more relaxed.
Booking & Pricing
How do reservations work?
You book a bay by time. Each bay accommodates up to four players comfortably.
How long should I book for?
For groups of 2 to 4 players, 90 minutes is ideal for 9 holes. Two hours is recommended for a more relaxed pace or full rounds.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome when bays are available, but reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and league nights.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 hours before your reservation to avoid a charge.
Gameplay
How many players can play in one bay?
Up to four players per bay.
Do you offer handicaps?
Handicaps can be enabled for casual play. Most leagues run without handicaps for competitive balance.
Can I practice instead of playing a course?
Yes. We offer driving range, short game, putting, and skills challenges.
Equipment
Do you provide golf clubs?
Yes. Complimentary right- and left-handed clubs are available.
Can I bring my own clubs?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your own clubs if you prefer.
What clubs do you provide?
Each bay is stocked with a full set including:

Leagues & Events
Do you offer leagues?
Yes. We run seasonal leagues including scramble formats, head-to-head play, and playoffs.
Can teams use substitutes?
Yes. Substitutes are allowed depending on league rules, usually as long as they are registered with the team.
Can we host private events or parties?
Yes. We host birthdays, corporate outings, team events, and private buyouts. Contact us for custom packages.
Food, Drinks & Atmosphere
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes. Food and drinks are available while you play. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Is this a bar or a golf facility?
Both. It’s a golf-focused social venue where you can play, hang out, and enjoy drinks in a relaxed setting.

Is there an age requirement?
No age restrictions
What should I wear?
No dress code. Golf attire is welcome but not required. Comfortable athletic wear works great.

How accurate are the simulators?
Our simulators use professional-grade technology trusted by teaching pros and competitive players. Shot data is highly accurate.
Can I play famous courses?
Yes. We offer a rotating library of world-class courses.
