Confirm capacity for your layout
The right capacity depends on the event setup. Share the total guest count as well as the number playing golf. Ask the venue to confirm that the proposed arrangement fits your group before you send invitations or accept RSVPs.
Agree on the full arrangement
Confirm timing, food and drink service, pricing and payment terms in writing. Ask about access, decorations and cancellation policies for your event. No buyout, guest capacity or date is guaranteed by submitting an inquiry.
