Mix teams across experience levels
Pair regular golfers with first-time players so people can encourage each other. Rotate who starts and choose a challenge that is easy to explain. Avoid making golf ability the measure of someone’s contribution to the outing.
Leave room for conversation
A short activity followed by informal time can work better than filling every minute with scoring. Build pauses into your plan and consider how nonplayers will participate. Ask the venue which setup works for your group size.
Bring your own event goals
Tell the team your headcount, timing and desired style of outing. This is a golf venue experience, not a facilitated training program. If you need a host, presentation or private setup, discuss those needs before booking.
